The red line marks the main Sentinel Dome trail, beginning at the green hikers towards the bottom of the map. The cyan line marks the Sentinel Dome service road, a shorter alternate route (about two thirds of a mile one way from trailhead to top of the dome).
The yellow line is the trail to Taft Point. Savvy hikers frequently combine Taft Point and Sentinel Dome into a single expedition, since they share a trailhead and since the Pohono Trail - the purple line on the map - provides a connector route with its own memorable view over the rim of Yosemite Valley.
The Taft Point/Sentinel Dome trailhead is only a few miles from Glacier Point itself; Glacier Point's boomerang-shaped parking lot is visible towards the top right of the map, and if you zoom in you can also see the cafeteria and much of the trail.
