Turtleback Dome Trailhead Location

If you're driving to Yosemite Valley via Highway 41 (known as Wawona Road once it enters Yosemite), you'll pass the Turtleback Dome trailhead shortly before you round the corner and catch your first glimpses of El Capitan and Half Dome poking up above the geology (street view here; Turtleback Dome is straight up the hill from this spot, in case you prefer a shorter but much steeper route than the conventional trail). The trailhead pullout is actually easier to spot if you're leaving Yosemite Valley, though (street view here); I usually end up driving past it and turning around if I'm approaching from the south.
