The Yosemite Westgate Lodge should be appearing directly in front of you here; the Yosemite Ridge Resort is just down the road to the left, and the Buck Meadows Restaurant is a short ways to the right.
To scroll the panorama view, click inside it and drag your mouse. To move up or down the road, click on the arrows pointing along the road (you'll have to pan up before they'll appear). Click the icon in the top right corner of the panorama to go full screen, and then click it again or press the Esc key to exit full-screen mode.
