The Yosemite Riverside Inn is one of only two conventional hotels in the Buck Meadows area, with 19 hotel rooms and 2 cabins. It's half a mile off Highway 120 on Cherry Lake Road, 11 miles (18 km) from Yosemite's Big Oak Flat entrance. The San Jose summer camp borders the inn on one side, but it's otherwise surrounded by national forest, and the Tuolumne River runs through the property. It's a family-run hotel that's been under the same ownership since 1971.
