The Comfort Inn sits on a hillside one block off Mariposa's main street. It's right at the south end of town, where Highways 49 and 140 diverge, with the former going to Oakhurst and the latter to Merced. Due to its elevated vantage point, you should be able to readily spot it from the main street unless you're doing something foolish like paying attention to traffic.
