The green line shows the route of the Westfall Meadow trail, which starts from Glacier Point Road in the north. The blue line (you'll have to scroll northward to see it) is the McGurk Meadow trail, which begins directly across the road from the Westfall Meadow trailhead. The McGurk Meadow trail eventually intersects with the Pohono Trail and forks westward to Dewey, Stanford, and Crocker Points, ending at the Yosemite Valley Tunnel View. Its east fork goes past Taft Point and Sentinel Dome and ends up at Glacier Point.
The Westfall Meadow trail continues south another 2.7 miles (4.3 km) to Empire Meadows. A handful of trail forks here can take you to various destinations, including Wawona, Chinquapin, and the Buena Vista/Royal Arch Lakes area.
