Washburn Point rivals Glacier Point for its breathtaking views of Half Dome and Vernal and Nevada Falls. It’s just impossible to get tired of that view.
Because the views from Washburn Point are somewhat similar to those from Glacier Point, you may want to consider making these two stops on different days rather than one right after the other on the same day (which might make a stop at Washburn Point seem rather anticlimactic after visiting Glacier Point).
Even if you’ve just come from Glacier Point, you won’t regret making a stop at Washburn Point and giving yourself another opportunity to marvel at the spectacular views.

Preshayte you adding this to the list of "hikes." My wife and I used this as the desktop on our home computer for a couple of years after we returned from our vacation there. We think it is actually a prettier scene than Glacier Point. Half Dome, Vernal Falls, Nevada Falls all in one shot.
I can't imagine anyone driving to Glacier Point and not taking this pull out to the parking lot. But, if they don't take it, they miss a very nice treat.
